Is it suitable for a boy to watch "SailorMoon"?, Can anyone give me the reason?

I am a 15 years old boy. I have been watching "SailorMoon" since i was 8 years old. But when I told my friends that I watch "SailorMoon", they all laugh at me. Why? I really don't understand. Why can't a boy watch "SailorMoon"? Can anyone please give me the reasons? Please...... ......

Hey Guys! Well I'm also a 15 year old boy. Well actually I'm 16 now. Yes people have found it weird or they haven't understood the reason I like Sailor Moon. It just fascinates me somehow. Well now nobody questions me on why I like Sailor Moon...because everyone knows I'm gay so now everybody just thinks it's a gay thing.

Watch what you want! It's much deeper than it appears on the surface, if people have just watched it for 30 seconds they probably believe it to be nothing more than a shallow cartoon for little girls.

My parents think me mad, I'm a 26 year old and I can't get enough Sailormoon, be it the manga, anime, Music, Sera-Myu, PGSM...I've got heaps of it!

It's an amazing show, complex storyline, works on many levels & it's okay for guys, girls, anyone can watch it. I think you just have to take time to appriciate it and it's cool that you have. Just be proud of the fact that you're true to yourself (oh god, am going all "Sailor Says" on you now..ugh!) Seriously though, let em laugh and know that they're missing out.

nothing wrong, I still put on my PGSM's that i brought back from Japan with me and my brother will sit and watch it and he's twenty now. We used to watch the anime when we were younger.

I'm a 15 year old boy to and I LOVE PGSM. when I first saw the Sailor Moon anime I only watched it cuz the transformations were sparkly, but now I love it because the story is interesting and original and you can really feel for all the characters and stuff. I love PGSM now because all of the characters are more developed with deeper stories ( I think) and the story's much different and much better in my mind (EXCEPT DARK MERCURY, she's my favorite and I almost cried when that happened EVEN THOUGH I knew it was coming!)

I may be new here but I believe that it completely normal for a boy to watch Sailor Moon, no matter his age.

Growing up I had only one boy cousin, Travis, and he's about 4 years younger than me (I'm about to turn 18) and he watched Sailor Moon with me, my little sister and his little sister. Heck we even got him to play Sailor Mars when we used to pretend to be characters from the show.

Also one of my current friends, Jeffery, he's about a year younger than me and he asked to barrow my Sailor Moon tapes from the 1st season so he could remember the good old days when he watched the show.

So my opinion is that anyone can watch the show. If you can sit down, watch an epsiode and enjoy it. I say go ahead and don't let anyone else keep you from it.
