Lindsey Lohan will not be sailor moon. There are no plans to ever do a live action here. Toei even said they will not release the live action outside of japan and they pulled all the licenses from the US. Well I heard there are plans to make a evangelion movie, I doubt they would ever do a sailor moon one as the popularity of the series has dwindled in the US and no one even has the rights to the anime.
