can someone please tell me where i can download the raw episodes of PGSM so i can fan-sub them myself? please reply.

Most of all the raw torrents are over with now. Your best bet would be IRC. You can try #pgsm on zirc.org for some raws (early raws are no longer served). You can also try #solarmiracle on blitzed.

You can get some medium quality raw episodes from Sailor Scouts UK. They have all the acts up to 46.
